To Sexual Assualt 4th degree
It is always worth it. As time goes by the Board of Pardons may look at this sexual offense in a different way, I suggest you contact our office at 860-823-1571, so that we can discuss this further.
Hi, I was convicted of assault 3rd degree in 2000, 13 years ago. I'm 53 yr old, own a home and have the same job for the last 15 yrs and have never been arrest or convicted since that time. I want to apply for a promotional job at work but would be disqualified due to the assault record. What do you think my chances are on getting a pardon? Thank you for your time.
